Q. Are your products made of solid gold?
A. Yes. We use solid precious metals such as 18K gold. Plating is not used.

Q. Are the diamonds natural?
A. Yes. We use natural diamonds unless otherwise specified.

Q. Can I wear it all the time?
A. Yes, but we recommend removing jewelry during heavy exercise or impact activities.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. We ship worldwide from Japan with tracking and insurance.

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Japan: 1–3 business days after dispatch
International: approximately 3–10 business days

Q. Do I need to pay customs duties?
A. Depending on your country, duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Q. Can I return or exchange?
A. We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. Please see Returns page for details.

A. はい。日本から追跡・保険付きで発送します。

A. 国内：発送後1〜3営業日
海外：3〜10営業日程度

Q. 関税はかかりますか？
A. 国により関税・税金が発生する場合があり、お客様のご負担となります。
