Refund Policy

Because Baaeed Jewelry products are made-to-order and are body jewelry items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

However, we will provide support in the following cases:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Eligibility for return
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all packaging.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Made-to-order items
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.

Shipping damage
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us.

Refund method
If a return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
For any other approved return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Import duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
