Shipping

All orders are shipped from Japan.

Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days after confirmation.
Made-to-order items will be shipped after production is completed.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Delivered within approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
Delivered within approximately 3–10 business days depending on destination.

All orders include tracking and insurance.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

Signature Required Delivery
Due to the high value of our products, all international shipments require a signature upon delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held by the carrier and eventually returned.

Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier conditions.

Incorrect Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Reshipping fees due to incorrect address entry will be the responsibility of the customer.

受注制作の商品は、制作完了後の発送となります。

国内配送
発送後、通常1〜3営業日でお届けします。

海外配送
地域により約3〜10営業日でお届けします。

すべてのご注文には追跡番号と保険が付帯します。
発送後、追跡番号をご案内いたします。

署名受取配送
高額商品のため、すべての国際配送は対面受取（署名必須）となります。
お受け取りが確認できない場合、配送会社にて保管後返送される場合があります。

関税・輸入税
海外発送の場合、関税・輸入税・通関手数料が発生する場合があります。
これらはお客様のご負担となります。

配送遅延
天候・通関・配送会社の事情により配送が遅れる場合があります。

ご注文時の住所へ発送されます。
