Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

However, we will accept the following cases:

・Defective items
・Incorrect item shipped

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs for approved cases will be covered by Baaeed.

 

返品・交換について

当店の商品は性質上、原則としてお届け後の返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

ただし、以下の場合のみ対応いたします。

・初期不良
・ご注文内容と異なる商品

商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。

未使用・到着時の状態に限ります。
該当の場合の送料は当店が負担いたします。
